Avocado chocolate smoothie

- 8 ounces almond milk
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 dates, or 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ avocado (about ¼ cup)
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1½ teaspoon golden flaxseed
2 cups cold almond milk
1 cup ice
1 ripe banana
½ an avocado
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey (+ more to taste)
