Various edible seeds we could find in the pantry ( different types of beans, sesame seed, sunflower seed, coriander seed, pepper seed, lentils, poppy seed, amaranth, millet, quinoa, barley, oat groats, onion seeds, wheat, peas, buckwheat, avocado seed, pumpkin seeds, apple seeds, tomato seeds..
also some seeds we collected last Autumn in the garden.
