you can easily vary ingredients but a good quality natural yogurt or buttermilk are the must.
Plus selection of fresh seasonal salad vegetables of your choice:
tomatoes - cut into slices or wedges
cucumbers- diced, sliced or grated
radishes- sliced or halved
peppers- dices
plus a few hard boiled eggs ( halved)
salt and pepper to season
I also added some Summer purslane, dill, chickweed, a clove of garlic and a few borage leaves.
Mix well and enjoy!
