Father`s Day strawberry coconut sorbet

 1kg (or so) strawberries
 a splash of coconut milk ( up to 400ml can but  less is OK)
2-3 tbsp fruit sugar ( or lots more if using icing sugar)
lemon juice from 1 lemon
 some fresh strawberries to decorate
ice cream maker ( 1.5l bowl capacity)


 Crashed strawberries with added coconut milk, sugar and lemon juice- mix well and place gradually in operating ice cream maker. Leave to churn ( approx 30 min). Decorate with remaining strawberries. Enjoy!
