Upside down pear and pecan muffins

almond flour
 pecan/walnut
eggs
sweetener (natural)
coffee
cocoa
nutmeg
cinnamon
 salt
 baking powder
 pear




 almond flour- 1 cup
 pecan flour -1/2 cup
baking soda- 1 tsp ( flat)
coconut flour 1 tbsp
natural sweetener - 1-2 tbsp
ground coffee- 1 tbsp
cocoa- 1 tbsp
 cinnamon- 1 pinch
 nutmeg- 1 pinch
3 eggs
3 pears, finely sliced
 cream/buttermilk ( add if mixture too thick)
