Cod fillet parmesan nuggets



cod fillets-appox 1/5 kg cut into small bite size pieces
eggs x2
almond flour -1/2 cup
 grated parmesan-1 cup
dried onion powder-approx 1-2 tbsp
psyllium husks- approx 1 tbs
salt, pepper, spices ( Berbere - Etiopian spice mixture)

lemon cut into wedges ( for dressing)
