Chocolate Cookie Dough - Martha Stewart Recipes

 to modify as wheat free version

Ingredients

  • 2   cups almond flour or replace 1/2 cup almond with pecan meal
  • 1/2 cup  coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder ( unprocessed)
  •   1 tsp soda (omit if making thumbprints, ball cookies, or spritz cookies)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter/ coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup natural sweetener ( or less)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
    optional: chopped pecans & brazil nuts
