- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon unflavored, grass-fed gelatin ( I skipped it )
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter ( softened )

a few egg whites, whisked and lightly sweetened, with a little cream of tartar added

owoce, najlepiej jagodowe, lekko poslodzone, w ilosciach konkretnych :) - tu jezyny - pianka- kilka zoltek ubitych, lekko poslodzonych np ksylitolem i odrobina kwasu winnego ( cream of tartar)
