Halva aka thaini fudge


  1 jar thaini ( 250g )
a few chunks raw cacao butter
1 tbsp raw honey
1 cup mixed  dried berries ( raisins, mulberries, chopped dates, goji, Inca, raspberries etc )
1 cup nuts/seeds/coconut chips

 prepare 20x20 cm square silicon form or 2x loaf pans ( if not silicon, it would be good to layer them with baking paper )
 Melt cacao butter combining well with  thaini.
 Remove from heat and when cooled, sweeten with honey, fold in berries, nuts etc.
 Distribute evenly in prepared pan/s
 Refrigerate or freeze until solid.
 Cut into squares, enjoy while still cold.
