with lots of cranberry and pistachios
I couldn`t find any dried cranberry without added sugar so we decided to purchase fresh variety and dehydrate it. It took several hours and each fruit had to be prickled/cut to speed the process but it turned out perfect!
Also added some goji berries which gave some interesting texture when baked
All over result- very satisfying. I would say, MUCH tastier than the original ( with wheat flour)
And so much healthier
