Apricots again!!!

 Yet not preserved this time. The recipes call for canned fruit, but as it`s in season, I opted for some fresh, ripe apricots from our local farm shop.

  Very easy to follow recipes from  Fresh Fruit & Desserts book for quick and yummy puddings that  could be easily adapted for Montignac diet
