Parsley Pesto &Pepperoni Pizza

 with stacks of parsley we improvised a little first making this pesto which always comes in handy



For the parsley pesto

Preparation method

  1. Put all the ingredients except the oil and salt into the food processor. Whiz for a second or two, add the oil and a little salt. Taste and correct seasoning.


    And this time it replaced a regular tomato sauce topping on a regular, homemade pizza ( along with pepperoni, peppers, onions and cheese)
