Double chocolate espresso


base:
5 egg whites
 xylitol -2 tbsps
cocoa- 2 tbsp
butter( melted)-2 tbsp
almond meal- approx 1/2 cup
cocoa liquor 1 largish lump
coffee -strong cooled- approx 2 tbsp


cream
 5 egg yolks
cocoa liquor 1 lump
xylitol- 2 tbsp
butter- 1 tbsp
strong coffee -2 tbsp
mascarpone cheese- 2 packs
