Pizza Hut Breadsticks and Muffins

            Must try using this recipe as soon as my new supply of coconut flour arrives ( tomorrow..? )

1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
PIZZA HUT SPICE MIX:
4 TBS Parmesan cheese
3 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS onion powder
1 TBS oregano

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a square baking dish or line a muffin pan with paper baking cups or spray with coconut oil spray (click HERE to find).

In a food processor (click HERE to find the one I love for less than $30!) or large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, coconut flour, baking powder, eggs, salt and 1/2 of the Pizza Hut seasoning until very smooth.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups 3/4 full, scatter with the remaining spice mix, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set, risen, and golden brown. Serve as hot or at room temperature. Makes 9 muffins.

NUTRITIONAL COMPARISON (per serving)
Traditional Cheese Muffin = 304 calories, 14 g fat, 45 g carbs, 1.2 g fiber (43.8 g effective carbs), 10 g protein
"Healthified" Cheese Muffin = 109 calories, 4.6 g fat, 5.2 carbs, 2.2 g fiber (3 effective carbs), 9.6 g protein

1 1/4 miarki ( 220ml) twarozku 
5 jaj
1/2 miarki maki kokosowej
1 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia bez aluminium ( dalam sody plaska lyzeczke)
1/2lyzeczki soli celtyckiej/morskiej

przyprawa PIZZA HUT 
4 lyzki startego parmezanu
3 lyzki proszku czosnkowego ( suszony czosnek)
1 lyzki proszku cebulowego ( suszona cebula)
1 lyzka oregano

  Piekarnik nagrzac do 200C
 skladniki na ciasto plus polowe przyprawy zmiksowac do polaczenia
na gladka mase.
Przelozyc do malych mufinkowych papilotek albo wylozonego papierem naczynia zaroodpornego(  u mnie ok 25/20 cm) 
Posypac reszta przyprawy. Piec 30-35 min lub do zroumienienia i wypieczenia w srodku

 do spozycia na goraca lub na zimno :)
