Chickweed - A nutritious edible weed

Chickweed is high in vitamin C, vitamin A, niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, sodium, selenium, and silicon

 stir fried on olive oil or sesame oil with garlic
