Ramsons swirls

 just an experiment so not very good ingredients list but...


 for dough

 1 cup almond meal
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp psyllium husks
1 tbsp whey protein
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda

for filling
1 cup chopped Ramsons
1 /2 cup ricotta+feta cheese
or
1 tbsp butter

 Make a dough
 roll it on baking sheet
 spread cheese and ramsons
( or butter +ramsons)
on the top
 Roll it up
Slice and place slices on baking paper sheet
 place in the oven-200C 
bake until golden brown
