Baked Lemon Dill Salmon | Ditch The Wheat

Ingredients
  • 1 piece of salmon
  • A bunch of finely chopped fresh dill
  • A few slices of lemon
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the salmon.
  3. Sprinkle dill on both sides. Place the salmon in a casserole dish. Lay slices of lemon on top of the salmon.
  4. Place the butter throughout the dish.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes
