1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 large beet, peeled and sliced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
3 cups water
½ cup white vinegar
⅛ – ¼ cup salt (depending on how salt you want the veggies)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon dill seeds (optional)
¼ teaspoon allspice berries (optional)
¼ teaspoon black peppercorns (optional)
